Age of Consent – Call Me by Your Name
There has been a lot of new videos appearing on You Tube in regard to the age difference between Oliver and Elio the main characters in “Call Me by Your Name’.
The 17-year-old Elio was portrayed by Chalamet, who was 21 at the time of filming, while the 24-year-old Oliver was played by Hammer, then 31. A host from a major TV program, criticized the movie as glorifying sexual assault and said, “it looks like a grown man having sex with a boy.”
I would like to recap the movie to you and discuss the issues that have been raised.

Let’s Talk About It!
